Enrollment Criteria

To be eligible for admission to our course, applicants MUST fulfill the following requirements:

  • Be an active, good standing LPN or RN with 2 years experience in state of OH. ( 1 year MUST be in a LTC facility )
  • Valid Government Issued ID
  • For Program Coordinators only: No nursing license or experience required. Cannot be Primary Instructor

This is a self paced, online course that is designed for individuals who wish to oversee a NATCEP program or for nurses that wish to be certified to train and teach Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) in Ohio.

Final Reminder: Please note, it’s crucial to complete all enrollment steps to guarantee your spot in the course. Without completing these steps, we will not be able to enroll you in your desired program.

PAYMENT Disclosure


As this is a self paced class, students will have access to the course for 90 days after registering and enrolling. If the student does not participate, including logging in and satisfactorily completing all assignments and requirements, before the 90 days are up then they will lose access to the course and have to re-enroll as a new student. There are no refunds for this course.
