Dodd Independent Provider Session

This is a one day session for those who are interested in becoming an independent provider through Department of Developmental Disabilities. The session includes a step by step walk through of completing the application.
You must complete all required steps BEFORE registering for the class session. Those who do not complete and bring all documentation will not be permitted to stay for the session.
Cost is $100 which will be due in cash on the day of the session. Must bring laptop.
